Here's a snipit from an email a customer sent me after trying one of those other "photo book" companies...
I heard about this (a free photo book offer) from a Yahoo Group I belong to and thought, "well, it's free - why not?" So I tried to use their website, was not getting what their help menu told me I'd get, spent 45 minutes in a live chat with someone giving me responses way out in left field. I think I'll stay with Heritage Makers. I appreciate having you, my consultant, giving me personal attention.
